Keemun Black (祁门红茶)
Keemun originated in the Qimen county of Anhui province. It was first produced at the end of the 19th century making it a relatively new tea compared to the long history of Chinese green teas. This mild tea produces a lovely red-brown cup with a sweet and spicy bouquet with slightly smokey note. Keemun teas are often compared to Burgundy wines because of these complex aromas.
