From the Jiangsu province of China in the East and West mountains of Suzhou, comes one of China’s “Top 10” teas. Its unique flavor is attributed to the peach, apricot and plum trees that grow near the tea plants. The buds of this tea are very tender and the leaves must be carefully processed.
The tea appears as small dark green spirals, with white “fur” flying up as you sift through it. The liquor is very clear and has a clean, refreshing taste with a slightly sweet and pleasant aftertaste.
