This is China’s most famous variety of white tea, produced mainly in the FujianProvince. The unopened buds are picked during the first flush of the tea trees, and are fully covered with silvery down. The fragrance is refreshingly sweet with a hint of floral. The taste is smooth, with a creamy and very delicate finish.
